REFLECTOR: seat parts

Hi Guys. I need some help finding a source for seat parts. I am having my twenty year old seats reupholstered. My old seats were set up to accept both shoulder and lap belts with a plastic thimble which opens a hole in the fabric. These thimbles, (four to each seat), are made of plastic with an opening of 3 1/4” by 1 1/4” with a 1/2” lip around each end. Each one is made in two parts. they slide together and are glued with pvc cement. I have looked at ACS and Oregon Aero but find no joy. Do any of you have a source for something similar?
