John,

That is fantastic piece of engineering built into the Twin V. It's going to be a huge selling point and will help with insurance for anyone flying one. 

Any word on the engine snorkels? Scot was showing them to me last Friday. At the time he had mentioned they still needed some more testing to make sure they were getting air flow to the engine intake manifold. 

I did have a question - Since the snorkels get their air from the cooling plenum, which gets its air from a NACA, does that eliminate any chance of icing at the air intake and therefore no need for Alternate Air?
