Dr. Dugas is right on. Funny, his analogy reminded me that in my flight
training in The Olden Days, we referred to instrument bookwork and
classroom experience with cranky Navy and USMC instructors as a 'Pain In
The ARSA' (Air Radar Services Area for you young pups: Class C today).
