REFLECTOR: fuel cap

The standard placement of the Velocity fuel cap puts it outside the arc 
of the prop and does not need tethering for that purpose.

Like all multitank airplanes that have a "both" selection, most 
Cessna's, most Canards, etc.. if you happen to lose a cap you "may" 
unport some fuel depending on how full your tanks are and you "may" 
experience uneven fuel flow.
