This issue has been addressed about a zillion times in the past... 
especially when the Winter weather sets in.  You will find about every 
imaginable (and some barely imaginable) solutions.

Some of the overall considerations:
1) One oil cooler or two (one up front).
2) Retract of fixed.  The retracts are difficult to seal out the cold air.
3) Elevator tube type.  Concentric easier to seal.
4) Vernatherm (sp) working properly.
5) Other air leaks...

Some of the mods:
1) Added heat exchanger (oil) inside cabin (under rear seat).
2) Modify ducting on front oil cooler to take air from inside cabin, pass 
thru cooler and re-duct back into cabin.
3) Add 12Volt outlet to allow powering either electric lap blanket or 
electrically heated jacket (this Winter I am using a heated motorcycle 
jacket in my *very* drafty RG).
4) That's all I can think of  but others will have some ideas...
