REFLECTOR: aileron cable routing and camloc's

Two questions for the collective:

1) I'm told there's a really good article on aileron cable routing in the
Velocity Views. Does anyone know which volume it's in?

2) A follow up on the previous discussion of cowl attach methods. For the
people that went with camloc's: How do you get the cowling past the
camloc's when you putting on the cowl? The camloc's I've seen all stick out
(or in) about 1/4 - 1/2". Is there some way of holding them out so you can
get the cowling past them when putting on the cowling?
