REFLECTOR: Levelling the aircraft - base point ?

Hello Gang,

 

I have been reading up watching video's and going through the reflector side
but haven't found out yet if there is a specific level point in the aircraft
? When one mentioned "level the aircraft" (like Peter just did in the fuel
site gauge thread), what do you use ?

There are many different points that are used during the course of building,
but is there one base point within the fuselage that I can use to reference
level with ?
