REFLECTOR: Need Altimeter

Cannot get it to rotate past 3,200 ft. It maxes out the barometric setting
and the thumb screw stops turning. It's a Chinese manuf. outfit - not much
to loose if I take it apart - local instrument shop said too expensive to
repair compared with buying a used one.
