REFLECTOR: elevator travel

I just finished the concentric torque tube conversion on my 1989 Velocity. Before I fly it I want to check for proper travel of the elevator up and down. My manual shows the travel in degrees while the canard is on the bench. I don’t see a measurement in inches up or down from neutral. Is there such a measurement? I do find a measurement up and down for the ailerons but not the elevators.
