REFLECTOR: 4th test flight - roll tendency persists

Lou,

Here's a picture.  It's upside down.  The spring is a 3rd spring that 
helps the trim.  The belt behind the spring attaches to the copilot 
spring via a piece of aluminum riveted to the belt.  You can see the 
rivet behind the spring.  The other end of the belt attaches to the 
string going to the other side via another riveted piece of aluminum.
