REFLECTOR: Pitch buck

I would wonder if you are getting full elevator travel.  After upholstery mine was limited(corrected) and was mushy but no full stall.  If I understand the aerodynamics it should definitely stall and pitch back up if the elevator is down enough.  Recommend you recheck your down deflection at rest. The notch in the keel may not be long enough to pull the stick back enough.  It suggests you may have more lift available with more throw which could come in VERY handy getting the nose up and off the ground in a heavily loaded plane and a short runway.
