REFLECTOR: Voltage across Mag Switch

On all the mags I’ve ever worked on, the mag switch grounds the magneto. There wouldn’t be any voltage through the switch unless the engine was running and then it is pulsed.

Hi All,
On my setup...
I have a swtich for MAG and one for Elect. and a starter button.
On the MAG switch is there suppose to be a voltage measured across the MAG switch wires?  (On/Off)
