REFLECTOR: New fluid pressure sensors used by Dynon

I went to Dynon's web site to see if they had an alternative and it 
appears they have known about the crappy VDO sensors and now support 
Kavlico sensors.

There are 4 different ranges supported now.  Gonna have to upgrade my 
firmware to use them...
