Nice looking pants. Wish mine came out that nice looking.
Something you might consider is to add vents to the top of the pants to let
the
heat out. I do not know first hand but was told by a couple of long easy
guys it helps a lot in keeping the wheels cool.

Andy,
I asked someone at the factory that very question. I have the Old style ones
and thought it was worth asking. I was told that they are all about the same
as far as speed goes. I think the newer ones may be a little more user
friendly to remove/re install.
Since there was really no advantage to buying new ones, I just redesigned my
old style ones.

I've noticed my MAP is 1-2" higher during climb out compared to after I
level off. My inlet air scoop is under the belly. I figure at high AOA
there is more pressure underneath. And perhaps the scoop is a bit in the
boundary layer during cruise. I'm curious about your findings.

standard SE IO360 and after some experimentation, have settled on a air
intake system that gives me about 1/2" of positive pressure at 140 knots and
at 185 knots TAS 3/4" of boost. This pressure is measured down stream of
the air filter (KandN) just prior to the air entering the fuel servo. If

The old oil cooler is a Niagra 2006H and measures approximately 6x8x3". The
new cooler will be a Positech P2008C which measures 8x8.63x3.62".
