REFLECTOR: Velocity at AEG

I was taxiing off the runway at Double Eagle(AEG) yesterday and a 
Velocity N99X? was taxiing to the runway.  I would have chatted with the 
pilot those pesky tower controllers get a bit uppity about using their 
frequency for that!

It had what looked to be unpainted epoxy repair/modification on the 
engine cowling.  Large P51 scoop.  STD Velocity.

Anybody know who that is?
