I am working with Elizabeth Ferrell and Albert Kaskey to help organize the attendance list of folks who plan to attend the BBQ.

  Airventure 'Oshkosh' (July 25th - 31st) is just around the corner.

  A large turnout of canard aircraft and enthusiasts are expected to be at Oshkosh this year in tribute to Burt Rutan, who recently retired from Scaled Composites.

  The EAA has scheduled Thursday, July 28th as a special day to salute Rutan's achievements (http://www.airventure.org/news/2010/101209_rutan.html).

   

  Wednesday evening, July 27th, is the Velocity BBQ.  The Velocity BBQ committee will be posting additional details about the BBQ next week, including information on how to RSVP.

  For now, please take note of the following info for your planning -

   

  Dinner date: Wednesday, July 27th
  Time: 6 pm
  Location: 10th & Elm in Camp Scholler, Airventure camp grounds
  Tickets: RSVP, no cost, request donation
