REFLECTOR: Trim clamp position

That seems like a bit much to me- it doesn't take much up elevator to put
you in a dive-

I'm getting ready to mount the trim spring clamp to the elevator torque tube
and I was wondering if there was any opinion as to the position of the
elevator.  Manual says 1.5" up. Is that still optimal?
