REFLECTOR: Sump tank cover

What sseemed to work well for me in that tyoe of thing is using plastic. have a little extra epoxy on the surface (use peel ply if you like), then stipple the plastic down over the entire area. If no air can get in, it will not lift.

I closed my sump and attempted to put 2 bid on the tank/lid joint.  Of course, it lifts up at the edge.  I did radius the edge, however it still lifts off.  Any suggestions on keeping it down>?
