REFLECTOR: How to fix NiCad Batteries

I know most of us Velocity builders have their own weight in battery powered tools. Most of the cordless tools, hand held radios, etc use NiCad Batteries. My Dad found this and showed it to me.. I thought it was too good to be true, It has reconditioned both batteries for my DeWalt Cordless scrwedriver and the battery to my hand held aviation radio. I have more to fix on the list.
