REFLECTOR: Hydraulic Fluid

Once again, is the hydraulic reservoir at it's fullest level with the gear is retracted?  When I put the gear back down, the hydraulic pump didn't stop running, so I was going to check the hydraulic fluid level again.  Still not behaving exactly right, but I thought I'd fill the reservoir, and then start cycle testing again.
