REFLECTOR: Nose oil cooler outlet?

There seem to be two theories when it comes to the nose oil cooler outlet:

 

A)     Outlet flush with the fuselage.

B)      Build up the leading edge of the outlet an inch or so to increase
the vacuum.

 

Does anyone have any real world comparisons? Those of you with flush outlet,
are you seeing sufficient airflow through the nose oil cooler?

 

Seems to me that considering the placement of the nose NACA duct (I ditched
the factory scoop in favor of a NACA duct) will be getting quite a bit of
RAM air that should generate enough airflow without the outlet generating a
vacuum.
