REFLECTOR: Fuel shutoff valve location

Here's a pic of my shutoff valve, mounted to the side of the sump.

Fuel enters it from the top aluminum line, flows to the engine from the
bottom aluminum line.  You can see the cable connected to it. It is in
the on position now. 

The curved aluminum line behind the valve is my  main  vent line running
to a NACA  vent in the floor of the fuselage The horizontal black rubber
line is the main feed into the sump from the right tank.

Near the upper corner of the sump you can see a blue AN fitting, which
is the rear fuel/vent line from the right tank to the sump
