There is another option, but first to answer your question. You can get a Holly, 4-corner Idle carb and have a leaning block built for it by a guy in Arizona. I can scrounge the name if you really need it. 



The other option would be to use a manual fuel injection from Air-Flow Performance, Like I have on my Aluminum 4.3L Chevy. 



However, if you are using a standard ECM to control your LT1, then you really do need all the inputs as the sensors adjust timing to the fuel curve for the engine. Or, you can change it over to a stand alone ignition system as well. 



What is your reason for wanting to change? Have you had problems with it or flown it yet?? You could always talk to Dave & see if he has better input for the V-8.

?I have my LT1 set up with electronic fuel injection. But now started to rethink my decision on this and am looking to 

set it up with a carurator. Problem is how do you adjust
