REFLECTOR: Finishing Details

Guys:

Now that I am starting to see light at the end of the tunnel (at least
for the main construction), how do you fill/fix those little chips or
gaps?  Like near the joint on the wheel pants two sides.  These things
will flex and I've been trying to think how you could make the slip
joints look better.  Perhaps I should have been more careful
initially.
