REFLECTOR: Control system friction/slop

Say - with all this talk about AP's - I am wondering if someone with experience using the factory side yoke system, can give me a comparison of slop/friction to the traditional keel mounted stick.

What I am wondering about is damping factor vs. the factory 'Hot Rod' all mechanical solution...

Of course there are variants - namely the -5 option and the extra linkages required... :o)
