REFLECTOR: Fw: Velocity

Jack Connor has a Classic Fixed Gear with an IFR Panel a month away from 
flying for $35k ask, down here in Naples.

He has worked on for many years and now he has medical issues and has to 
sell since he will not be able to fly it when it is complete.
