REFLECTOR: what kind of foam

A Lame friend of mine who works on Jets recommends that you should
always put inspection holes in the bottom of a wing/strake rather than
the top because the low pressure on top of the wing will create a vacuum
inside the tank and suck the fuel out if there are any small holes. This
will only happen in flight and is therefore very hard to find, if you
notice at all. If they leak on the bottom it very obvious and reasonably
easy to fix.
