REFLECTOR: Need Advice from the Reflectorites

There are a lot of reasons and benefits to hangaring, but it's not always possible.  For instance, access to hangar space of any sort in Knoxville, TN is measured in years.  My personal opinion is the Velo, and other composite planes, fair much better in the elements than metal spam cans.  With a top cover, the interior stays cool (relatively) and the windshield is protected from the worst of the grit and grime.  Composite paint jobs with clear coat are pretty durable and seem to hold up well in the elements.  Probably biggest risk being outside is hail and blown debris.  You'll just have to get used to a layer of grime and lack of shine that's most noticeable after you wash her and she gleems.

Can someone lend advice on the subject of hangaring our beloved birds.

I am in desperate need of a hangar in the greater Little Rock Arkansas area. Since the F1 rolled through here in April, hangar space is a premium, but mainly not available. Herein lies my question:

How bad is it for Velocities to sit parked outside for any length of time? Mine has a full cover for much of the fuselage, thus protecting the interior. Not sure when a space might become available, but dying to get her moved closer to home.
