REFLECTOR: Engine cooling NACA scoops

If you use the reverse scoops on the front bolt access hole, the cabin will 
vent through the back of the cabin and along the center section spar and out 
the reverse scoop.

I found the cabin pressure to be very nearly static - little to no change 
when changing from the static port to cabin air.
