REFLECTOR: Altimeter v. Airspeed

Technical question.  If the static system is vented to the cabin and at cruise the altimeter reads correctly, is that indirect evidence the indicated airspeed will also be correct?  In other words, if the altimeter is correct, it indicates the cabin pressure, at cruise is near neutral--no positive or negative pressure, hence the altimeter is reads correctly.  Yes?
