REFLECTOR: structural adhesive on top of wet TRIAX?

  In order to make hard-points more quickly, is it OK to do the following AT THE SAME TIME?
   
  - lay some plies of TRIAX
  - spread structural adhesive on top of the TRIAX
  - put the aluminium piece on top of it
   
  My question really is whether, chemically speaking, we can put structural adhesive on top of the TRIAX while the TRIAX is still wet.  That would save a lot of time, but, of course, I do not want to do it if that weakens the strength of the hard-point.
