I have not heard from anyone so still do not know which test you will do. I
do not have equipment to strain test but do have the vibration test which
allows you know where on the prop to make changes. In the early stages of
development we make adjustments static and, depending on which company you
are working with, run ups done on a testing bed, not the aircraft. An
Aircraft will always contribute to the vibrations thus you are measuring the
combined vibration which are aircraft specific. This is the final stage,
sounds like you are there. If the developer is at this point then you have a
very simple test. The pickup probe can be placed above the forward engine
bearing and no other needed. Some Helicopters we place up to 6 probes
within the airframe since the blade changes pitch, twist, flex, ect
continually during rotation. I would be glad to talk to anyone about this.
