REFLECTOR: prop vibration test

I thought Sam DaSilva said that he would test it on his V (IO-360 180HP no/Counterweights, and I could on my V (IO-360 200HP w/Counterweights) since we are in side by side hangers.  Sam has more V test time than anyone I know going back to original Danny testing.
