REFLECTOR: Rear Seat Heat

....open up the plenum which the oil cooler lines run through and pick up that heat and allow it to blow into the rear cabin....   A similar method.  Do a good job of sealing the oil line duct fore and aft.  Install a small muffin fan in a convenient location in the forward area of the duct.  Make an outlet in front of the gear bulkhead, with a flapper valve to control the air flow.  Maybe add some SCAT to direct the warm air where most needed.  It is simple, light weight, low current draw, provides positive warm air flow regardless of airspeed and it reheats the semi-warm cabin air rather than trying to heat the very cold outside air.
