REFLECTOR: slowiing down

I was taught to pull them both back to slow down, and then in the pattern
push the prop all the way  forward to flat pitch before landing in case you
have to go around. By then your rpms will pobably be low enough that you
prop is out of the pitch contol range and so the prop will not speed up
unless the throttle in advanced.
