REFLECTOR: Fuel Sight Gauge Hose

I tossed the fittings and hose that came with the kit and bought some sight
gauges from Vance Atkinson.  I believe they are also available through
Velocity.  They aren't vulnerable to getting snagged or bumped and then
draining the contents of the strake into the cabin!!

The hose of my kit's fuel sight gauges came rather yellowish.  Although
still not in use, this seems to have progressed over time becoming somewhat
darker and opaque.  Is there some other hose out there that is resistant to
fuel and retains transparency or are we stuck with this type?  Thanks.
