REFLECTOR: Float Balls and U-cup seals

Both Jorge's and Brian's solution to retaining the balls are good ideas.  Another simple one is to cut some materials from a stainless steel scrub pad and stuff in the fitting. There's no chance of it going around the ninety and into the tank.  If you press it in tight enough, it might even snub the fuel sloching that makes the fuel level indication erratic.  Maybe?
