REFLECTOR: Dual Throttle Quadrant Part 1

Well I hit a setback with the Dual Throttle Quadrant setup. I am 
dividing this in to a couple of emails since I have pictures and I 
cannot upload to the picture gallery.

I have over a month of work into the setup. The throttle quadrants each 
needed to be made wider in order to accommodate the mounting hardware. 
Also I had to create something to clamp down on the Bowden cable 
housing. In the end, this is what I came up with.
