REFLECTOR: Prop balancer

That was mine, and in the end, it was found to be a bad optical  
sender/pickup.  Has worked fine since.  When I sent it back, they only  had a helicopter 
to test it on with much lower RPM range.  When they  finally tested it on a 
propeller, they then duplicated the problem.  To bad  it had to go back so many 
times.
