REFLECTOR: Slow flight characteristics

Also, make sure there are no paint lines on the leading edges of the 
wings/canard.  One of our past active Reflectorites, had a beautiful plane 
but flew weird.  After someone pointed out the no-no about paint joints/trim 
on the leading edges, he reluctantly sanded the joint down smooth, and it 
fixed the issues.  He isn't on the Reflector any more - I don't think.  If 
so, hopefully he can enlighten us.
