REFLECTOR: Velocity web site & email up

Just a quick note to say that the Velocity web site and email is operational.
A "Thank you" goes to those who noticed the problem and reported it on the web.  This probably saved 12-hours of investigative time - and allow Velocity to get with its web host provider to determine and fix the problem (which turned out to be administrative and not software/hardware).
