No adjustments to the mono shock.
Check nose gear tire pressure.
Then work on landing technique to ease the nose tire on to the runway.
Common fault = holding the nose gear up 12" or so off the runway until the 
canard looses lift.
Try holding the nose wheel 6" off the runway - less distance to settle - 
gentle landing.
