REFLECTOR: Degreaser recommendation

Brvp,rd really thin and runs off- if there is no place to drain the Freon
then it will re- collect when the Freon dissipates, that would be the key,
the need to remove the Freon containing the oil...

Please explain "...and the oil will be gone ".  Does it become vapor and 
dissipate or does it just get really thin and run off?
