REFLECTOR: accident/incident

Phil Vaughan called me right after his incident.  He had a right main tire
blow out just as he rotated at Naples, FL.  He cut the power and landed 
hard.

He and his two passengers are fine.  Main gear is broke and M/T prop has
real short blades.  Otherwise his XLFG is fine.

Hope Al is OK.
