REFLECTOR: Web page update

I wouldn't be too surprised that the manual is not updated
in a timely fashion. There are several of us that have pointed out
corrections over the past year that I know of, and the manuals
still don't change. I assume that whomever has final say on the manuals
is probably too busy.

I just wish they would allow the users to modify them in a wiki.
This would make so much more sense. Even if the changes
were filtered through someone at Velocity.
