Jack,
Thanks for that. We will do the control surfaces in batch
#2...hopefully on Friday. I wouldn't have thought of that issue...I had
more in mind of how to string all this stuff on bailing wire across the
width of the booth so he can hit both sides at once. I got a lot of
light orangepeel on the clear coat that will have to be sanded out. We
had to go from 1500 to 1000 grit but it seems to be coming out. I have
no experience here. I wish now we had done 3 coats of clear instead of
2...or maybe a tack coat plus two with the last coat as a "flow" coat.

If the guy painting is an auto guy he may not know to paint the
control surfaces with the trailing edge UP. I saw one guy screw up the
balance because the paint all ran down to the trailing edge. Jack N55XL
