Hi John
The first   MAC G 7 stick grip trim switch fail in flight full  down nose 
trim.
The P.I.T. MIC. switch also failed
Mac now is the RAY Allen.The new phone number(706) 599 4720
I am using the Velocity kit supplied pitch trim actuator.
What the switch does is reverse the polarity.
Ray Allen replaced my grip with new style that has a higher amp rating  that 
may be used
with Velocity trim actuator without the relays.
We now have over 400 hours trouble free operation.
