Larry,

A few more suggestions - devise a system to press down
fairly hard on the bubble/blister while the epoxy
sets. A jug of water, for example, deffinitely isn't
going to be enough. Also, make sure there is a way for
the excess epoxy to ooze out one of the holes - if you
plug them both, the bulge won't press out. 

It's much easier to fill a slight depression then it
is to feather out a bulge. You can't sand the bulge
away because the top layer is the structural glass.

Finally, if you have the Dynamic wings, I would
suggest putting them out in the sun on a warm day or
two to see if any other blisters show up. It's a lot
easier to fix them now before finish sanding and
painting. Don't ask me how I know...
