I would be more than willing to maintain an email list that is a one way 
list to subscribers.  Anybody can get on the list.  When the factory 
issues a KPC, they send one email to the list and it is distributed to 
all the subscribers.  Only factory designated individuals could post to 
the list...  Brian M. could and would do the same thing I'm sure. 

This is somewhat of a duplicate list of the reflector, but you would get 
additional folks who don't want to participate on the reflector but do 
want to be notified of important factory news.
