REFLECTOR: PROP OVERSPEED - A few more facts

More data please.

What were the conditions of the over speed? cruise, takeoff, etc.

Hydraulic or electric?
If hydraulic,
   - any oil pressure anomalies? high pressure? have oil logs? rpm logs?
   - how old is the governor? hrs since overhaul?
   - prop hours since overhaul?
   - governor adjustment secure?
